A bilingual community mental health center serving residents of Logan Square, Avondale, & Hermosa in Chicago.

Who We Serve

The LoSAH (Logan Square, Avondale, Hermosa) Center of Hope offers counseling services to residents of a specific catchment area that encompasses these three Chicago neighborhoods.

In order to verify whether you reside within our catchment area, click on the map and enter your address, or call our center.

The LoSAH Center is committed to providing bilingual (English & Spanish), high-quality, culturally informed mental health care to community residents for as long as needed, regardless of ability to pay.
